Dubbed as “one of San Diego's most prolific up-and-coming songwriters” by Coastal Reverb, country artist Elizabeth Bowersox makes music for the boot scootin’ dancers and dreamers of the world. Her clever songwriting and twang-driven melodies walk the line between country and Americana. Favoring live instruments and front-and-center vocals, Bowersox’s debut EP California Queen took home the 2026 San Diego Music Award for Best Country or Americana Album. Although classically trained in voice, Bowersox finds her stride in the honky-tonks, combining her technical precision with freewheeling country twang.
